Cancel and request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order.
This can be done as your order has not yet been placed with our manufacturer. However, after 24 hours, we are unable to provide a refund as your order would have already started production. We strongly recommend being certain before making a purchase to avoid any disappointments. Please note any refund issued can be refunded less the credit card surcharge. This is because the credit card companies do not refund the surcharges and therefore leave a negative debt with our store.
Important notice: Refund requests regarding disparities between promotional images and the actual product will not be entertained by Silicone Dream Studio. However, we have taken proactive steps to address this concern. Prior to shipping your order, we provide factory photos to ensure transparency and minimize any potential disappointment. Moreover, we welcome you to request factory pictures even before placing an order, so you can make an informed decision.
