International Shipping
International shipping charges are determined based on dimensional weight and the country of destination. The shipping costs will be quoted at the checkout so the customer is aware.
International Customs Taxes
Please note that customs fees, sales taxes, and any other applicable charges are not included in the purchase price. These fees may be imposed by your country’s customs office. If you are required to pay customs taxes your countries customs office will make contact with you. If you need assistance with this you can always contact us at any time.
Ensure a smooth shipment by proactively researching the taxes and duties you are required to pay. We accurately classify our products using the appropriate harmonized code for your region. However, please be aware that your customs office has the authority to modify this code if they see fit. If you believe there is an error in your final code or tax, we recommend reaching out to the carrier or your customs office directly to request a review. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you through the process.
You are responsible for paying any import fees and duties for a package. If the package is refused due to excessive fees, you will also be responsible for the return shipping fees charged by the carrier. Please note that if we are unable to have the item returned because of a package refusal, a refund will not be issued.
